Brass cornet for guards and security personnel

Paragraph 7 of Article 5 of the Instruction for Surveillance and Construction Site Protection Services – 1963 edition, states:

 […] during inspections [of the line], the line officers assigned to this task must carry with them the necessary signaling equipment (flag, horn, and firecrackers) […]

Paragraph 9 – Equipment of Fixed Surveillance Posts – states:

[…] the fixed surveillance post is also equipped with the following tools and objects […] a horn with a shoulder strap […]
